A 36 unit rooming house located in downtown Waukesha, WI.
We are located close to restaurants, shopping, and local bus routes.
We have off-street parking available, on-site laundry, and optional Wi-Fi.
The Wisconsin House now features new carpet in the common areas.
The Wisconsin House has an on-site laundry. The machines are refurbished and tested There are two washers and two dryers. Both dryers are gas. All machines are coin operated and there is a dollar bill changer that dispenses quarters. The area includes a large table for folding clothes, bright lights, and a wooden rod for hanging clothes.
