About our rooms

Our rooms vary in size and are subject to availability.

All rooms require a $290.00 security deposit and range in price from $130.00 to $160.00 per week for single occupancy with the average cost being $140.00 per week.

Double occupancy requires a second security deposit and additional rent each week. All rooms include a twin sized bed, a mini refridgerator, and a dresser. Most rooms are wired for cable tv (requires a Spectrum Cable subscription) and Wi-Fi is available in the building for an additional cost (no computers).

Shared bathrooms with showers are located on every floor with a shared kitchen area in the basement.

We are currently remodeling rooms as they become available.

Bi-weekly and monthly rates are also available.
